He has a proven track record in organization building with successful assignments and transactions in North America, Europe, the GCC and Pakistan. He possesses a history of leadership, technical acumen and relationship management. Kashif is on the board of Rijas Textiles (Pvt) Ltd. and Rijas Farms, is an advisory board member to Rijas Investments and an advisor to Apna Microfinance Bank.
Kashif has a profound strategic understanding of the real estate industry having successfully delivered consistent capital gains and income through a sound reputation of creative deal making.
Kashif currently overseas Rijas Aces Holdings as its President as well as real estate interests across markets. Kashif successfully developed, executed and exited the USD 30m Rijas Real Estate Opportunities Fund 1 from 2006 to 2008.

Recently, Kashif facilitated a partnership with Dusit Hotels and Resorts to construct 21 floors serviced hotel apartment complex in Dubai.
From Purdue University, Kashif holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and started his career in Chicago at Merrill Lynch. Kashif swiftly transitioned into the family business, the Rijas Group which is privately held, founded in 1966 with a turnover in excess of one billion dollars. The group has a global footprint with a diversified investment portfolio spanning, textiles, retail, real estate, agriculture, logistics and distribution just to name a few.
Kashif is an active member of the Pakistan Business Council in Dubai and a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Pakistan.
