Chairman
Faisal Shahzad
Mr. Faisal is fascinated with market dynamics, customer preferences, the uniqueness of people and the vision of building organizations around them. With more than 28 years of accomplishments in national, cross national and multi-sectoral environments Faisal’s core capability lies in transforming organizations into dynamic centers of creative energy where the center is its team, giving them the necessary independence to create, build and sustain.
Mr. Faisal has accumulated a wealth of experience in Textile, Retail, Agriculture, Real Estate, Air-Logistics, distributions and has worked with multiple regions closely, having done stints in London, New York, New Delhi, Dubai and Pakistan.
Mr. Faisal earned his degree in Business Administration from Greenwich University in Karachi, Pakistan.

Kashif Shahzad
Mr. Kashif is the Director of Rijas Developments. Under his leadership, Company has transformed from a traditional investing company to one of the world’s most innovative Real Estate Development Company.
He has over 14 years of experience in commercial, Hotels and residential property development, joint ventures and investment in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London. His assistance from local expertise and in-depth knowledge of the market, and has helped to develop a collaborative network of offices across the region that enables clients to benefit from best-in-class Developments. Over the past decade, Mr. Kashif has focused predominantly on Dubai and prime central London Real Estate. This has included high-end residential, mixed-use and office schemes.

Mr. Ahsan has sharpened the Organization’s strategic focus and strengthened its field presence through effective leadership and operational excellence. He is also driving initiatives to establish a strong value-for-money culture across all levels of the organization, ensuring sustainable growth, improved efficiency, and long-term value creation for stakeholders.
With more than 22 years of cross-sector experience, Mr. Ahsan has worked across diverse industries including Aerospace, Education, Financial Services and Investments, Construction, Oil Drilling, Manufacturing, Poultry Farms, Distribution, and Retail. His broad expertise enables him to bring practical insights, strategic vision, and strong business leadership to every role.
Mr. Ahsan earned his degree in Business Administration from Indiana University in America.

Mohib Shahzad is a dynamic entrepreneur with a strong academic foundation. With a diverse professional background spanning real estate development, particularly in marketing and project positioning, and the technology sector, he brings a well-rounded strategic perspective to the company.
As the driving force behind Rijas Technology, he has demonstrated a clear vision for innovation and growth, leading the development of impactful digital solutions. His leadership is defined by forward-thinking decision-making, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering sustainable value across all ventures.
Mr. Mohib earned his degree in Business Marketing from Durham University United Kingdom.
